It is my mindful cooked meal! 💁🏻🥗 I usually prefer intense flavors and spicy foods, especially those with chili pepper. But today I decided to simplify my taste buds. I cooked low fat seansonal vegetables and boiled green gram with season salad.
While I was cooking and preparing, I tried to pay all my attention to them. Every time I lost my attention and I started to think something, firstly I stopped myself, took a deep breathe and imagined that I threw my thoughts as crumpled papers in the trash. Then I focused on cooking again. After this struggle ended, I ate my food with real pleasure. By the way I must confess that it was too fast for mindful eating🙈
